Would recommend to go to the entrance on the right as it tends to be quicker. Easily accessible inside, lots of elevators and flat surfaces, wheelchairs are available.

I am not aware of any museum led tours when I was there. There were group tour guides that led the groups to the specific displays. If you are on your own, I suggest picking up a museum guide at the information/reception desk and focus on the area of your interests. We spend three hours just walking through the jade and bronze collections.
