Lots of good restaurants a short walk down Charles. If you like Turkish food, Cazbar (326 N Charles) is about a five minute walk. That block is especially good for dining.

There is a Washington Monument in Baltimore as well as the one in Washington D.C. We have been to both.

Access is denied at this time due to damages from a lightning strike. The base of the monument is barricaded off.
