Snow Canyon was a pure delight! Awesome hiking and breathtaking sites awaited us! So many different hikes to choose from. Many people were biking the great trails below us and the desert was in bloom!Full review by Kirsten D

Snow canyon is a state park in St. George, Utah. It is more of a local spot easily accessible from the city. Has a $15 parking fee and the park is open till 10.pm. There are some nice climbs and hike…Full review by sainbasha

Can I drive through Snow Canyon instead of hiking?

Yes you can. You can drive inside the park and they have parking places in various spots where you can park and take pictures or hike.

How long would it take to do the Lava Flow - Petrified Dunes loop? We only have 3 hours there.
A:
3hours is plenty of time. Great hike!

How crowded were the trails?
A:
We were there in late September on a Sunday. There were people in the park, but relatively few. Crowds was not a problem from our point of view.

No. We did see a small camping area, though.
