Russia and Ukraine have carried out another exchange of prisoners of war, the Russian Defense Ministry announced on Friday, as part of agreements reached during talks in Istanbul on June 2.

Russia and Ukraine completed another round of prisoner exchanges on Friday, officials in both countries said, part of a recent agreement to swap POWs and the bodies of dead soldiers.

Russia and Ukraine have carried out another prisoner-of-war exchange as part of a deal brokered in Istanbul earlier this month, the warring sides said on Friday. Russia's Defence Ministry said the sixth exchange took place once again at the Ukrainian-Belarusian border.
