Los Angeles Rams pass rusher Jared Verse says he paid for challenging Aaron Donald's lifting technique by joining the three-time Defensive Player of the Year for a "workout from hell."

Aaron Donald and Jared Verse made good on their promises to work out together. Following days of the two joking back and forth about how hard it is to work out, the two actually did it. Donald posted a video and photo of the two on his Instagram with the caption, "Ask and you shall receive. Workout video coming soon."
