Christian Pulisic's dramatic late equalizer against Inter Milan ignited a comeback for AC Milan in the Italian Super Cup final.

AC Milan came back from two goals down to beat city rival Inter Milan 3-2 and win the Italian Super Cup on Monday.

Christian Pulisic lifted his first trophy for AC Milan as he once again led a fightback which saw his team come from behind and beat rivals Inter 3-2 in the Italian Super Cup final. The USMNT international scored a wonderful goal on 80 minutes during the final in the Saudi capital Riyadh on Monday to make it 2-2,

It's a night to remember for AC Milan fans all over the world as the Rossoneri won the Supercoppa Italiana's final 3-2 against Inter after an incredibly intense second half, where they scored three goals to defeat the side coached by Simone Inzaghi which had managed to go up 2-0 shortly after halftime.

The adrenaline of AC Milan’s comeback victory over Juventus, delivered by USMNT stars Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah, was still subsiding and the Portuguese head coach outlined the key quality that swung their comeback. “In football and in life, you’ve got to be brave,” he told reporters in a post-match press conference.

Pulisic is close to returning from injury. Former AC Milan boss Fonseca stated that the 26-year-old was expected to miss the Supercoppa Italiana semifinal against Juventus on Friday, Jan. 3, but Pulisic is already back in training.

Milan are preparing for their Italian Super Cup semifinal against Juventus in Saudi Arabia and there is quite a bit of change afoot for the team. Former Porto boss Sergio Conceicao set to oversee his first match coaching against a Juventus team where his son Chico Conceicao plays.

Following another disappointing result against Roma, AC Milan has parted ways with Paulo Fonseca. As a result, USMNT star Christian Pulisic will now work under a new head coach in Italy.

The goal sparked a late comeback from Milan and it was none other than Pulisic's USMNT teammate, Yunus Musah who all-but sent the Rossoneri through to the Italian Super Cup final. The 22-year-old's cross was deflected into the back of the net by Federico Gatti to give Milan the 1–2 lead.

Christian Pulisic appears to be healthy again following injuries to his calf and ankle and could return for AC Milan against Juventus in the Italian Super Cup semifinals on Friday.
