Richard Fitts suffered a pectoral strain during Saturday's game against the Chicago White Sox, costing the Boston Red Sox one of their top young arms.

The Red Sox lost their second straight to the White Sox on a walk-off single, and they may have also suffered another significant injury setback in the process.
