President Donald Trump has greeted South Korea's new president, Lee Jae Myung, by claiming a “Purge or Revolution” is happening there while threatening to stop doing business with Seoul.

President Donald Trump is hosting Lee Jae Myung, the new president of South Korea, at the White House on Monday for talks expected to center on trade and defense. The first in-person meeting between the two leaders could help flesh out details of a July trade deal between the two countries that has Seoul investing hundreds of billions of dollars in the U.

At a summit meeting in Washington, D.C. on Monday, the U.S. and South Korean presidents will discuss modernizing their 71-year-old alliance and fleshing out a trade deal reached last month.
