Honda’s next-generation electric vehicles are a step closer to production. At CES 2025, the automaker unveiled prototypes of the 0 Saloon and 0 SUV, the first two of its 0 Series EVs that will start rolling off assembly lines in Ohio next year.

The Saloon and SUV are near-production models of the EV concepts Honda introduced at CES in 2024. They are slated for production in Ohio in 2026.

Coming late 2026 is the 0 Saloon which is much closer to last year’s Saloon concept. This will be the flagship of the Honda lineup and apart from the nose that loses the funky lighting that made it look like a Dustbuster intake, its sleek, one-box profile is nearly identical.

The Afeela 1 gets Origin and Signature Trims. It also comes with a NACS-style charging port, designed to utilise Tesla Supercharging Network.

The Japanese automaker is full steam ahead on electrification with a tech-heavy lineup arriving in 2026. We were among the first to check out the new SUV and sedan here at CES 2025.

Last year at the Consumer Electronics Show, Honda gave us our first peek into the brand's electric vehicle future in the form of the Saloon and Space-Hub concepts — the inaugural visions of what the brand describes as the 0 Series models.

The futuristic looking concept electric vehicles that Honda had introduced at last year's CES are now much closer to becoming models you can actually buy. Honda has unveiled prototype versions of the 0 Series Saloon sedan and the 0 Series SUV at CES 2025.

The vehicles are the Honda 0 Saloon, which is an updated version of a concept car revealed last year at CES, and the Honda 0 SUV.
