The death of Karen Diamond, 82, has turned the attack in Boulder, Colo., on marchers for Israeli hostages into a possible death-penalty case.

An 82-year-old woman burned in an antisemitic firebombing in Boulder, Colo., earlier this month has died, authorities said Monday, prompting an upgrade in charges against the person suspected of carrying out the attack.

An 82-year-old Colorado woman who was injured in the June 1 firebombing of a peaceful pro-Israel march has died. The Boulder County District Attorney’s Office said Karen Diamond, one of 13 people who were wounded,
