Memphis will be without its star point guard in Game 4. On Friday, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported that Grizzlies star Ja Morant will miss Saturday’s Game 4 matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Morant had to leave Game 3 in the second quarter after suffering a hip injury.

The Grizzlies led by 27 points when Ja Morant landed on the FedExForum floor and left the game with a hip injury in the second quarter. Memphis led by 26 points at halftime. Iisalo said Morant’s absence “quite drastically” changed the energy and execution from the team going forward.

Up 3-0 in their Round 1 playoff series, the Oklahoma City Thunder will enter Game 4 against the Memphis Grizzlies with a significant advantage. Ja Morant (hip contusion) is listed as doubtful for Saturday's game. ESPN has reported he'll be out.
