Microsoft pays nearly $35 million for Kenosha land to build data center
Microsoft paid nearly $35 million for land in Kenosha where it plans to build a data center, according to public records posted online Wednesday. Of five properties totaling 233.5 acres, the largest was 79.5 acres owned by Robert F. and Karen L. Fliess. It sold for $11,766,000, Wisconsin Department of Revenue records showed.
