Residents in Kent are dealing with flooded-out apartments from a broken fire hydrant that sent thousands of gallons of water spewing into the air.

A car hit a fire hydrant in Kent, flooding six apartments and displacing 22 people; the driver fled the scene.

The crash occurred at the Appian Way Apartments in Kent. PSF said that six apartments were flooded as a result of the hydrant collision. The American Red Cross was called to assist PSF's response, according to PSF.
