The West Virginia Mountaineers’ path to Omaha goes through Baton Rouge as the Mountaineers will meet the LSU Tigers for a three-game series in the NCAA Super Regionals. West Virginia trailed in all three games over the weekend before mounting comebacks for three consecutive wins.

For the second year in a row, the West Virginia baseball team is headed to the NCAA Super Regionals. The Mountaineers outlasted Clemson and Kentucky in the Clemson Regional to advance to play LSU in the Round of 16 this weekend in Baton Rouge.
