It has been exactly four weeks since HBO drama “The Last of Us” stunned viewers with a major cast shakeup. Luckily, we learned in Sunday’s sixth episode, we wouldn’t have to wait long to see Pedro Pascal’s Joel again.

Pedro Pascal has officially brought an end to his time with the massive hit HBO show, The Last of Us. In clips circulating online, the actor can be seen embracing his co-stars and the film crew as they cheer for him and wave him goodbye for what is seemingly his last day on set.

It wasn’t the last of Pedro Pascal. The actor made his big return to “The Last of Us” Season 2 in the sixth episode – despite the fact that the seasons’s second episode brutally murdered his character, Joel. He wasn’t a zombie or a ghost, but rather, the May 18 episode featured Joel in flashbacks.
