The Supreme Court granted a partial stay Friday of President Donald Trump's request to block lower courts from issuing universal injunctions, handing a partial victory for the administration as it looks to execute many of its top priorities via executive order and action.

Friday's decision is a boost for President Trump in his crusade against nationwide injunctions that have blocked some of the executive actions he's taken so far in his second term.
