After months of speculation and rumors, Bradley Beal is leaving the Phoenix Suns. Beal’s move to the Los Angeles Clippers wasn’t easy for the Suns, but not because they will miss him. Instead, it was difficult because of financial issues that Beal didn’t help with.

Gerald Bourguet of PHNX Sports reported that Beal's buyout is "imminent," and he's likely to have $96.9 million of the $110.8 million remaining on his contract stretched over the next five years. That would allow the Suns to avoid going over both tax aprons.
