At Bradley International Airport Wednesday, lines at the check-in counters and the security point just one day before Thanksgiving were quick and smooth.
AAA expects 772,000 people to drive through the state this week, with Thursday representing the busiest travel day. The organization warns that Wednesday afternoon through 8 p.m. on Thursday is the worst time to drive. Roads have been packed throughout the week, with all-day Thursday marking peak travel time.

The loss of BermudAir comes on the heels of Avelo Airlines pulling out of Bradley last month and Spirit Airlines in September.
