The health and human services secretary said he’d rather have government researchers working for “in-house” publications instead.
The HHS secretary has suggested that he will bar all government scientists from publishing in the top medical journals in the country.
Under the Trump administration, the Department of Health and Human Services has canceled or frozen billions of dollars in scientific research grants and attempted to cull around 20,000 agency employees,
