A group has gathered outside the South Carolina State House to protest after a federal agent shot and killed a woman in Minneapolis on Wednesday.

A woman died Saturday following a crash on a South Carolina road, according to the Orangeburg County Coroner’s Office. Emoni Nicole Chaplin, a 27-year-old Orangeburg resident, is the person who died, Coroner Sean Fogle said in a news release.
