On June 23, a new season of the animated satire series kicked off with a bang. South Park eviscerated the U.S. president as well as its parent company Paramount’s merger with Skydance, in the jaw-dropping debut.

South Park” creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone discussed their controversial season 27 premiere at San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday.

"South Park" offered an insincere apology after the show's season premiere included a scene showing a mock President Donald Trump snuggling in bed with Satan.

South Park is giving fans a little flash of behind-the-scenes filmmaking. Official social media accounts for the irreverent animated series showed two photos exposing how the crew achieved the controversial live-action shots depicting Donald Trump with a micropenis.

If operating under the shallow assumption that "South Park" is a show that exists to mock woke culture, Cartman’s despair could be seen as a meta-commentary.

South Park’s Season 27 premiere ignited major backlash for depicting Trump seducing Satan, featuring graphic deepfake content and mocking his anatomy. The White House dismissed the episode, saying the show is “hanging on by a thread” and called it “a desperate attempt for attention.

Most “South Park” episodes originate on Comedy Central — unless they’re showing content of a graphic nature a la the “Not Suitable for Children” episode. What do you think?
