It didn't take long for Mike McCarthy and the Pittsburgh Steelers to poach the Dallas Cowboys' coaching staff.
A key offensive assistant for the Dallas Cowboys is set to interview with the Pittsburgh Steelers for a major promotion under familiar head coach Mike McCarthy.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Tuesday, Cowboys tight ends coach Lunda Wells is expected to interview this week for the Steelers offensive coordinator job. Wells worked under McCarthy for all five of his seasons leading the Cowboys. Wells also interviewed this month for the Washington Commanders OC job.
