NEW YORK CITY, New York: Wegmans has recalled its frozen breaded chicken breast nuggets after reports of bone fragments in the product. The recall affects customers across eight states and Washington, D.C.

The nuggets included in the alert were sold in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
