NEW YORK - A storm could dampen early Halloween festivities and soak trick-or-treaters in New York City. A coastal storm that has been traveling up the Eastern Seaboard is still in the forecast.

Expect mostly sunny skies on Sunday along with seasonably cool temperatures. Winds will be much lighter than on Saturday. Afternoon highs will reach the upper 50s to low 60s. Look for clouds to increase tonight as a coastal storm begins moving up the eastern seaboard.
