An ice storm left thousands without power in southeast Michigan on Friday, December 26, as the National Weather Service (NWS) warned of freezing rain bringing dangerous walking or driving conditions to the region.
Monday's storm comes just days after freezing rain knocked out power for 30,000 customers across Mid-Michigan on Friday.
