The Youngstown State football team dropped a close game 38-30 to top-ranked North Dakota State at the Fargodome Saturday.
The Penguins, who entered a +26.5 point underdog according to ESPN, racked up 371 total yards of offense while scoring the most points against the top team in the FCS all season.
