For more than 50 years, Claire’s has been a popular mall-based destination for teens and tweens known for its accessories and ear-piercing services. The company, however, has had some rocky financial times in recent years.

As Claire’s continues to navigate the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process, the company has confirmed a handful of locations are set to close. The teens and tweens-focused retailer will close 13 Claire’s locations, along with five Icing stores, which are also owned by the company.
