A Vermont police chief said the death of Daniel Bermudez, of Norwalk, at Norwich University was not due to foul play.

The student was identified as Cadet Daniel Bermudez, a member of the class of 2028, who attended Norwalk High School in Norwalk, Conn., according to the military college.
