A Jackson firefighter was injured while battling a house fire early Thursday morning. The fire occurred at a home in the 1500 block of St. Charles Street around 2:30 a.m. on. Assistant Fire Chief Patrick Armon said the home was about 60% involved with firefighters arrived at the scene.
