On Sunday, 18-year-old Ava Moore was kayaking at Grapevine Lake when she was struck and killed by a jet ski, police said.

Ava Moore, 18, was kayaking on Grapevine Lake during Memorial Day weekend when she was hit and killed by a jet ski. The driver of the jet ski left the scene with a help of a man. Moore was later pronounced dead and social media quickly spread photos of the suspect.

Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez Gonzalez was identified in the post as the suspect in the death of Ava Moore, 18.
