Woods, a rising junior at the Benjamin School and son of legendary golfer Tiger Woods, is playing the 49th Junior PGA Championships in Indiana.

The duo of Tiger and Charlie Woods finished runner-up in the event to Bernard and Jason Langer after Bernard hit an 18-foot eagle putt in a playoff. The younger Woods, who is entering his junior year of high school, qualified to compete in the U.S. Junior Amateur but missed the cut.

WEST LAFAYETTE — Charlie Woods entered the Junior PGA Championship and started slow, just cracking the top 50 on Tuesday at Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex in West Lafayette. Woods would prove to doubters, if there were any, that he could hold his own on the big stage just over a week after being cut in the U.S. Amateur Championship in Dallas.
