Hollyoaks star Paul Danan is understood to have died after he "slipped and fell" in a luxury apartment near Bristol, reports claim.

Actor Paul Danan, who played Sol Patrick in Hollyoaks between 1997 and 2001, has sadly died at the age of 46. A new statement shared by his management, Independent Creative Management, paid tribute to the star, who over the years also appeared on Celebrity Love Island and in the children's TV show, The Queen's Nose.
