More than 2,000 fire personnel are on scene Monday as the Pickett Fire continued to burn in California's Napa County for a fifth day.According to Cal Fire, the fire has burned 6,803 acres and is 13% contained as of 4:38 p.

The declaration allows the county to utilize state and federal resources for emergency response, recovery, damage mitigation and reimbursement for extra costs due to the wildfire.

Pickett Fire, which began on Aug. 21, has spread to more than 6,800 acres through Napa County, just east of Santa Rosa, as of Aug. 25. The fire is 13% contained, and its cause remains under investigation, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal Fire).
