Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr told reporters that star guard Stephen Curry is the "Sun" of the team offensively and further said that the 16-year veteran is still at or close to the "peak of his powers.

“It’s the great ‘What if?'” Curry pondered Thursday morning inside the Warriors’ home arena, where the only signs of life were the WNBA’s Valkyries getting ready for their season opener. The Warriors’ season came to an end Wednesday night with Curry unable to do anything but watch.

Steph Curry was unable to suit up in what turned out to be his team's final game of the season due to a hamstring issue. This was his fourth straight game on the sidelines because of the injury, and Golden State ended up losing all four contests without their best player on the floor.
