Toronto Pearson will conduct its annual full-scale emergency exercise on May 24 to reinforce preparedness through regular practice and procedural review.
The airport is staging its annual emergency readiness exercise on Saturday night, lasting until the early hours of Sunday, Pearson said in a news release.
The annual exercise is mandated by Transport Canada and is a critical component of the airport’s emergency preparedness efforts.
According to Environment Canada, daytime temperatures will drop in Toronto on Wednesday, from above 20 °C on Tuesday to 15 °C.
