Whether you want to learn the basics of computer operation or you want to familiarize yourself with a program you use at work, try these centers for adult computer courses.

Computer skills have become necessary for virtually every job applicant today. Thankfully, Minnesota offers many options for computer classes and basic learning.

Basic skills are taught, such as use of the internet, e-mail, composing documents and, overall, just being comfortable with computers. Class times are 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Level Up! Introduction to Computer Navigation classes are offered from 5 to 6 p.m. on several weeknights at locations around Topeka.

This three-hour classes teaches basic operations of a computer, how to use the Internet and email. Classes are held in the Wirt Public Library computer lab. Cost is $5 due at registration.
