Swift Sneak enchanted books can be found naturally in chests in Ancient Cities. These are the only natural structures that have the possibility of containing Swift Sneak as loot.

Alternatively, you can use an Enchanted Book to apply the enchantment to your mace, but these books are rare and may not always have the Density Enchantment.
