Star reserves were unveiled Thursday night on TNT’s Inside the NBA and officially confirmed by the league shortly after. A total of 14 players will join the 10 starters in San Francisco on February 16.

Darius Garland can cancel Cabo. Garland, who booked a getaway to Mexico during NBA All-Star Weekend just in case the results didn’t go in his favor, was named a 2025 NBA All-Star reserve on Thursday night.

This is the fourth time in franchise history that the Cavaliers have earned three NBA All-Star selections (1989, 1993 and 2017). Other Eastern Conference reserves include: Jaylen Brown (Boston), Pascal Siakim (Indiana), Cade Cunningham (Detroit), Damian Lillard (Milwaukee) and Tyler Herro (Miami).

On Thursday night, Pistons guard Cade Cunningham earned the first All-Star selection of his career. The coaches voted him as a reserve for the Eastern Conference. Cunningham became the Pistons' first All-Star since Blake Griffin, in 2019.
