A 16-month-old child was taken to Brenner’s Children’s Hospital with 3rd-degree burns to her right foot and ankle and a 2nd-degree burn to her left foot.
Authorities said they responded to the 1200 block of East Bessemer Avenue after reports of an unknown problem.
