An RU official said, "The NDMC would open training centres on the college premises located in Ranchi city. The centres might be extended to institutions located in other areas if the response is good.

“In simple terms, these elections are about deciding how taxpayers’ money should be spent and on whom it should be spent,” Arvind Kejriwal said.
