Nicki Minaj has secured a minor victory in her ongoing legal dispute with a former employee. Last week, Minaj (real name Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty) was accused of assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress in a civil lawsuit filed by her ex-manager.

The alleged incident is said to have occurred while the Grammy-nominated artist was on tour in Detroit in April, the lawsuit said.

Nicki Minaj can still enjoy the comfort of her home as no order has been given to arrest her yet amid fresh allegations of physical assault.
