Nevertheless, Reddin says he does not feel "everything is broken" in Welsh rugby. "I'm sure there's some bright spots of excellence across the Welsh game at every level," he added.

Reddin revealed he had talked to key rugby figures about taking on the position. Among those were Dan Biggar, Jamie Roberts and Woodward, who Reddin described as "an influential person in my career".

Reddin says he had a falling out with the City of Little Rock last winter after the city cleared a homeless camp near Roosevelt Road, leaving a homeless amputee without shelter.

Reddin went a perfect 13-for-13 passing, throwing for 259 yards and accounting for six touchdowns in a 57-0 win. "First drive, I kind of got a feeling of how it was going to be," he said.
