Indiana Pacers star guard Tyrese Haliburton injured his Achilles during the first quarter of Sunday night's Game 7 of the NBA Finals and had to watch as the Oklahoma City Thunder claimed the title.

Unsurprisingly, another major Indiana sports ambassador and one of Haliburton's biggest friends, the Indiana Fever's Caitlin Clark, was also shaken by the Pacers guard's heartbreaking injury. The Fever superstar took to her Instagram and shared a story that features a picture of Haliburton with a bunch of heart and prayer emojis.

The Indiana Pacers suffered two tragedies on Sunday night in Game 7 of the NBA Finals. In the first quarter, they saw star point guard Tyrese Haliburton go down with what appeared to be an Achilles tear in the same leg he had been dealing with a calf strain. After that, they went on to lose and come one win short of a championship.
