Princess Diana’s beloved ‘caring dress’ has sold for over $500,000 at a recent Julien’s Auctions event in Beverly Hills, marking one of the most lucrative sales in the largest auction of her personal items to date.

The anticipated highest bidder for the ensemble is Renae Plant, who has dedicated her life to celebrating the legacy of the Princess of Wales by collecting and preserving her personal items. Plant, 53, founded the virtual Princess Diana Museum in 2019, which hosts the largest collection of the late Princess’s memorabilia in the world.
