A criminal defense attorney is behind bars after he was accused of abusing his professional access to smuggle drug soaked papers into the Duval County Jail.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is putting a stop to the illegal drug flow into the Duval County Jail. On Tuesday, JSO announced the arrest of Nathan Williams, a local criminal defense attorney. Williams is facing 8 felony charges.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is set to hold a news conference on Tuesday afternoon to announce the arrest of a local defense attorney.
