"He, from our preliminary investigation, he took the wrong elevator bank up to the NFL headquarters," New York City Mayor Eric Adams said. "Instead, it took him to Rudin Management, and that is where he carried out additional shootings and took the lives of additional employees."

Julia Hyman, a 27-year-old Cornell graduate, identified as one of four victims in Monday's tragic Manhattan shooting. Cornell President Michael Kotlikoff issues a heartfelt statement mourning her loss.

Hyman, a Manhattan native who graduated from Cornell in 2020, was "so full of promise and so deeply loved," her uncle said during the memorial service.
