Michigan State football's busy offseason in the transfer portal soared "into the wild blue yonder" on Monday as the Spartans added Air Force linebacker David Santiago. The Spartans landed their 12th commitment from the transfer portal this offseason when Santiago announced on social media that he will be heading to East Lansing.

Michigan State football has earned the third commitment of the day on Sunday when the Spartans gained the commitment of a fellow Big Ten transfer. Anelu Lafaele has made the move to commit to Michigan State.

Michigan football has been active in the transfer portal as of late. The Wolverines have seven commitments from the portal and Michigan is supplementing holes in its roster by adding some talented players who have experience elsewhere.
