The Los Angeles Rams are making a small to change to their practice squad, bringing back an old friend who spent 10 years with the team.

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. – The Rams on Tuesday signed long snapper Jake McQuaide to their practice squad (veteran). McQuaide, 37, spent the 2024 season playing seven games for two different teams: Four with the Vikings and and three with the Dolphins. He also had a brief stint on the Bears' practice squad.

Although Sean McVay has created nearly continual success during his nine seasons in charge of the Los Angeles Rams, his team hasn’t looked this good at midseason since its Super Bowl championship run four years ago.

The Los Angeles Rams sit in the thick of playoff contention following their win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in London a week ago. Now, looking ahead to their home matchup against the New Orleans Saints, head coach Sean McVay and his team will look to secure another NFC West title in the final 10 games of the regular season.

New Orleans drops to 1-8 for the first time since 1980 after dropping their contest to the Los Angeles Rams. In Tyler Shough’s first career start, he went 15 of 24 for 176 yards, a touchdown and an interception.
