Juventus left Timothy Weah and Samuel Mbangula out of the squad for the Club World Cup against Manchester City, after they rejected a Nottingham Forest transfer.

Weah scored six goals and recorded five assists in all competitions last season. Mbangula, in his first season at the senior level after appearing with the Juve Next Gen during the 2023-24 campaign, scored four goals and had four assists in 32 games in all competitions.
