The Bonneville County Sheriff's Office said the crash site is between Ririe Dam and the Blacktail Access area.

According the FAA, the deadly crash involved a Bell 505 helicopter and took place at the Ririe Reservoir in Rexburgh, northeast of Idaho Falls.
